​1) Payment is required at time of service. We accept Cash and Check at this time.

2) Please have your animal clean and dry prior to acupuncture appointments.

Dirty regions limit options for needle placement.

​A grooming fee may be applied if we have to spend time cleaning your animal prior to treatment.​

​

3) Someone over the age of 18 must be present for the entire duration of the appointment.

If you are unable to be present for the appointment, you will be expected to find someone to help hold your animal. 

Appointments where prior arrangements have not been made will result in a $50 surcharge.

4) Current clients will be given emergency priority. 

​

5) A consent to treat form must be filled out prior to any new client appointment.

​

6) A working chute or stanchion will be required for any cattle work.
