Payment is required at time of service. We accept Venmo, Zelle, Check, Cash, and Card. Please note that our system automatically applies a 3% surcharge for all CC transactions. If you are in need of financial assistance, payment plans can be arranged, though a 30% deposit will be required.

Per clinic policy, someone over the age of 18 must be present for the entire duration of the appointment. If you are unable to be present for the appointment, you will be expected to find someone to help hold your animal. Appointments where prior arrangements have not been made may be rescheduled at the owner's expense.

Please have your animal clean and dry prior to acupuncture appointments. Dirty regions limit options for needle placement. A grooming fee may be applied if we have to spend time cleaning your animal prior to treatment.

Emergency coverage is limited. Preference will be given to current clients. In order to stay current in our system, your bill must be up-to-date and we need to have seen your animal in person within the last year.

A working chute or stanchion is required for any cattle work.
